Upgrading of Yuexiu Services

        Yuexiu leads the city in realizing “immediate enabling of business operation following access” and “one-window" handling of business cancellation. It was authorized by the State Administration for Market Regulation to help foreign-invested enterprises to complete registration. Yuexiu carries out “one-window service” for settlement of foreign-invested enterprises and imposes no limit to the registration amount of foreign capital. It won the Excellence Award for Reform and Innovation of the Business Environment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Granting approval of establishing demonstration area for the province' s digital government reform, Yuexiu ranks top ten in the country in terms of transparency of government affairs and ranks first among districts (counties) in the province in terms of satisfaction of public services for 7 times in a row.

"Chief Service Officer" Supporting Investment and Business Development

        Yuexiu issued the "Chief Service Officer" Supporting Enterprises Action Plan, which aims to establish a one-on-one exclusive team of chief service officers led by district leaders for key enterprises. By utilizing the "government reception hall for enterprises" as a fixed location and regular mechanism, the whole district will work together on targeted and precise measures to overcome obstacles and solve problems for various types of market entities investing and starting businesses here.

        (1) "Yuexiu golden card" was launched to provide high-quality enterprises and high-end talents with star services such as government services, talent entry, medical treatment and quality education;

        (2)Set up three-person service panel for key enterprises, and the industrial authorities, business promotion departments and local communities join hands to provide grid direct services;

        (3) Street economic service network was built.
